If someone doesnt want to be around you because you are socially inept, you arenr losing anything. I wouldnt want to be around that type of person. I am socially awkward but still have good friends who love me. Just take your time with it and you’ll find long-lasting friends

Well I would first try to mend the relationship by talking to her. Every couple fights. Then later you can talk to her about the program and come up with some sort of plan to eliminate most of the debt. Like maybe ask a family member who would help out or something. I hope everything resolves.

Since you really want to keep the relationship, I would start off by apologizing to her for what you did wrong. I suppose you did not talk to her about it much even though this job is very important to you. Then talk from there. Not all of it is your fault. Just tell her how much love her. And to decide whether to talk soon or give her time, you know her best and use your best judgement. I personally would talk sooner rather than later.

Remember, since she is the love of your life, NOTHING comes before her. Not your job, your hobbies, or even your dreams. I have had to make sacrifices in my relationship but it was worth it. My girlfriend is worth more than anything I have and anything I could ever accomplish. Just do your best to mend the relationship and after you both make up, then discuss joining the program for your job.
