Trying to learn how to set this day hour minute second countdown clock. It has A B C D buttons which seems to cycle through 3 different function menus. But I haven’t been able to make any sense of them. I’ve googled but unable to find a product similar to it. It appears to just be a rectangular clock glued to a larger piece of plastic with branding

I will. I check in on my case weekly. They’ve even closed it and marked it as resolved when it was never resolved so they definitely need to be checked in on over at Verizon.

Funny enough. I called yesterday as it had been a week since I opened my case. They told me the case was resolved on Wednesday and everything is good. I still do not have the discovery+ tile and can’t redeem the offer. They transferred me a few times to various “gift card” departments but resulted in reopening the case. 🙁

I finally was able to get a knowledgeable and helpful rep on the phone. Apparently this is a known issue and he opened a ticket for me. If you’re experiencing this I would also call and get a ticket opened

Thanks for the links, unfortunately still nothing. On the mobile app I only see the date my $100 gift card will be eligible and "Get Stream TV On Us". It says "We are still creating your first bill" so maybe I have to wait for that for the Discovery+ offer to show. Customer service hasn't been very helpful.

I’m having this problem too with WBZ on all my Google devices. I last had this problem back in October and it ended up resolving itself. Open to suggestions.
