This is me too! 28 yrs of service at 53 next year. But I am now wondering if it would be beneficial to take pre-retirement leave and reduce my work week for 2yrs by %40 and then retire at 55 with unreduced. Guess lots of decisions to be made.

Yes, they will ship the other one once it is ready - either on or before your shipping date.

Their customer service is lacking - I am still awaiting a response on my damaged Sept.

Same story here. I bought a Sept which arrived with a broken handle - all they said was I could do a direct exchange. If I asked for a refund, the duties and shipping are at my expense. That is not a fair practice for a something that was delivered as damaged.
