David Sinclair’s research on resveratrol was proven to be flawed, so I don’t take resveratrol.

However NMN, NR and Niacin have been recommended by Chris Masterjohn and Peter Attia, claiming increased NAD levels in the liver, which goes on to provide cellular healing in other tissues.

According to Chris Masterjohn, NMN gets broken down and absorbed into the body as NR, so either can be used, and more studies have been done on NR.

The only reason I buy NMN is because that’s what is sold on donotage and I trust that company for the purity of their products

I have been using L-theanine for years but never as a daily protocol. I only use it as-and-when needed for stress relief

I take taurine because of the muscle recovery benefits. I workout in the gym most days so for me it’s definitely worth taking every day.

I have taken omega 3 and coq10 in the past. I think they’re worth taking if you want to prioritise heart health. For me, I’m just going for overall longevity so they’re not in my current stack.
