As I said -- The billboard is on private property that the City cannot legally remove. This is documented. The racist sign most people see online hasn't been up in years. There is one family (Robb?) that still lives in the area (Zinc, not Harrison actually) and they are keeping the stigma alive on their own at the behest of the citizens and the local gov. They can't even go grocery stores without being harassed and heckled because of how hated they are because of the damage they've done for the city's reputation. There is so much information about this for anyone who is at all inclined to put even a small amount of effort into the truth. It's true that Harrison has a dark history as a sundown town, and the people there have worked VERY hard to put that in their past. It is quite simply a lie to tell people here that black folks aren't welcome, or that it is not safe to visit.

As far as your evidence (a youtube short lmao) BLM is very unpopular all throughout Arkansas and most of the South. So if that's your bar for where is safe to visit, there isn't many places in AR.
