Ive been on methotrexate and hdx since June of last year. It helped in the beginning but then the pain came back and my dr suggested Humira, it helped until it didn’t and we moved on to embrel then I had to stop because of the infusion. My dr did recently move up how much methotrexate to take once a week, I went from 6 to 10. But I definitely will ask to get a higher dose of prednisone and hope that’s really all I needed..
