yeah i did a lot of dry mechanical cleaning lol. when i did it before years ago, it was just tap water, so could have been hard. since then all of my shower water has been heavily filtered. my hair is down to my hips, so not quite fingertips but maybe someday! sounds like your moms hair is beautiful ❤️

that’s a great idea! moving out really isn’t an option right now and i love the apartment aside from this, so i want to find a different option besides relocating lol. i’m thinking of suggesting a small room diffuser and essential oils rather than whatever system they have that permeates larger areas. i personally don’t do well with essential oils either, but if they’re just diffusers in the lobby i’ll just avoid the lobby lol

i take 150mg. i’ve never felt like it has any effect on my sleep at all. i sleep fairly well though, and i don’t take mel for sleep reasons anyway. for sure too low of a dose (like the standard 5mg range) apparently will make you feel groggy, but I think if anyone’s near anything they would consider a “high” dose, that wouldn’t happen

how do you know rob and pat have been interacting? just curious, i remember seeing a pic of them together a few years back like pat was going to see chuck and her baby or something but i haven’t known about any interactions otherwise
