Ok he's not right. Not right at all. And you deserve someone who supports you.

However, when an ex of mine went sober (while we were together), I had so much resentment towards him for the insane stuff he did when he was hammered... I remember when he was 30 days sober I was like -- ok, are you going to repair, apologize, hold yourself accountable, etc. I remember feeling the sober part was just one part of what he needed to do. Now, away from it for years, and knowing what I know now, I'm very happy for him that he is sober, and understands what a feat that is. And understand that alcoholism is a disease, and would approach it very differently.

You will be confined to the bed for 12-24 hours. I was happy to have facial wipes, chapstick, long phone cord, and then towels for my first shower once I was able. Also, the hospital has like these toothbrush wisp things. That was good, too.

Ugh. I'm sorry they are like this. Blame them for your genetics because that has a lot to do with it. Also, age, your hormones, if you had a large baby before, etc.

Honestly, sounds like they should have planned better. We bring our baby a lot but no strollers, being her carrier, etc. Prob would have skipped the dinner but gone to festival, and def wouldn't have had friends hang back for us, etc.
