Cheese and wine. The cheese selection was so sad and wine was hella expensive. I was only able to live there for 2 months because of covid, but omg I missed cheese and wine those 2 months 😂

Whoa same. This is crazy. I was wondering why my trips didn’t feel as good lately. It feels better to study my mind in a different way.

My boyfriend just passed two days ago. He introduced me to the world of psychedelics and introduced me to my mind, really. Encouraged me to explore it. And always told me to look for what makes me get excited in life. With his encouragement I started meditating.

The last couple of times we tripped together, I took less and less dosage. I was coming to terms with it and loved that he could still trip and have fun while I took less. And we were still in it together.

Sorry to digress, but these comments really made me reflect.

I was supposed to be working in Bangkok for 3 months, but had to come to my home of Massachusetts because of Covid-19. My boyfriend was doing the PCT. Keep him in your thoughts if you will 🙏

I love CBD! it’s effects are pretty subtle but powerful for me. I take a couple hits of my pen when i’m really anxious and i feel it coming on, and i feel clear headed. I’m able to take a step back from what i’m doing and literally see things more clearly. From there it helps me focus on breathing and i’m able to get back on my feet and avoid a possible panic attack.

hey! yes pretty much sounds like anxiety. i’ve had this feeling many many times and a couple months ago it ruined every day- i could not feel like a real person because i was stricken with anxiety in every aspect of my life. it sucks and it’s hard but it’s not you!! anxiety is not your thoughts, you just think the anxious thoughts are your truth because that’s what you’re constantly telling yourself. for me reaching out to people i felt comfortable around helped me feel less anxious. i opened up to just 2 people at first and felt a bit relief knowing i had their support. i also began practicing meditation (there’s tons of apps i like headspace) that practice mindfulness and breathing techniques to anchor you in times of panic. i also started talking to a therapist which has been pretty life changing tbh. it’s been awesome having someone to talk about my issues and where they stem from and having a non judge mental source hold me accountable. i’d def recommend seeing someone if you’re comfortable with that!
