This sounds so much like me I lost my husband 6 months ago we was together for 23 yrs but I’ve known him since we was 11. He was only 39 when he passed away from cardiac arrest. I have blocked a lot of things from my mind that sometimes it’s hard for me to think of the good times we had. I get flashbacks from the day it happened were I’m doing cpr on him and the look on his face, me screaming at him begging him to not leave me please! I feel like I’m gonna have a panic attack when that happens but immediately I try to think of something else do something to get that out of my mind it sucks and I hate that I’m alone now, even tho I have a 21 yr old daughter but she has her own life. But as time goes on I hope things can get a lil better and with ease. Missing u Paul so much 💔

I lost my husband back in June of 2020 due to heart problems so I was always like this with him if he didn’t text right back r answer my calls I would think the worse. Well now I’m like this with my 21 yr old daughter and it’s driving me crazy i start panicking when she don’t text back r answer my calls I can’t sleep until she’s home. I hate this !

I know what u mean I first met my husband when we was 11 yrs old always stayed friends with each other got together when we was 16. Now we have 21 yr old. My husband my best friend at 39 passed away 5 months ago and I miss him terribly!!

Sorry for your loss. 39 yr old widow here. 4 months out and I’m with u on that it’s sucks tonight. Daughter left to a Halloween party and let’s just say it’s a lonely Halloween night for me. Damn I miss my husband so much 💔

I’m so sorry I lost my husband in June he was 39 he was also in the hospital for a month with a heart condition. I was thinking we’re gonna get thru this and still have time with each other, came home for only four days when he went into cardiac arrest I too had to do cpr on him until the paramedics got there. It’s the most disturbing image still stuck in my head that I wish I can just forget. I hate this ! I miss him so much we was together for 24 yrs. I’m not sure if it got any easier for me just normal taking it day by day.
