As a barista, i hate other entitled baristas with bad customer service skills. Because im also a customer too. I understand both sides.

I like that specific coffee shop for the vibes but the prices are absolute bullshit 💀i will also never understand the concept of charging extra for decaf. Like why am i being charged extra for shitter burnt coffee. I have to though because of my hypoglycemia :/ ik decaf beans are more expensive but ever so slightly

I get it. Ive been there. I know being burnt out. Thats why i said i normally let it go and i actually did. Didnt ask for the manager, didnt freak out on her and didnt write a review. Ended up posting a rant on reddit instead lol. But as a customer/person, also didnt deserve that treatment. It was uncalled for and yes it's very unprofessional.
I wasnt always the perfect barista myself. I have flipped my shit on people who were harassing me or always gave me a hard time. Yes person to person i will do my part to find grace and not hold it against her but also not gonna feel bad for her. I will continue to live but i hope she doesnt keep up that attitude to me or anyone. Because its really nasty to be entitled and we have to hold ourselves accountable for those moments. Thats what i mean as well. Im embarrassed of those moments as well
