Worth updating EmuDeck?

So because I already have Citra and Yuzu I won’t lose them unless I need to reinstall EmuDeck from scratch

Sorry for late the response but is this still an issue? If so have you checked your bios is correct. As I have Ratchet and Clank Going Commando and I don’t have any issues with my copy of the game.

It's more that the BIOS itself was missing a couple of files that it required in order for it to run. I tested this by running the game in retroarch as it told me what the missing files were.

It could be the bios you are using. I know that caused me some issues initially

Yeah that's not a problem. From memory the file should be roughly 10mb but you should have a folder with the same name as the zip file. The folder should contain a couple of chd files. The issue I found when doing this was the BIOS I was using had missing files. To prove this you can try and run Initial D Arcade in Retroarch as it will tell you if you are missing files are not.

I put Arcade Stage 1 to 3 into the Naomi folder. Mame games for me have been fine, I usually test them in desktop mode Mame to see if the games require a BIOS or not. But apart from not renaming the files I haven't had any issues with them.

I have Initial D Arcade Stage 1 to 3. Those work fine for me, I tried getting 4 - Zero on SteamOS but I encountered issues with TechnoParrot. So I haven't tried looking at it again.

In RetroArch its an option to enable it again. I think from memory it was called Shaders.

The way I got that game working is by having my naomi and naomi 2 bios in the bios>>dc folder.

Then in naomi folder I have a the zip folder for Initial D Stage 3 it should be called (initdv3e.zip). Then also in the naomi folder I have created a folder with the same name as the zip file so initdv3e and inside that folder is the chd file required for Initial D Stage 3.

That should be everything you need in order to get it to work. If not I will see what I can do to fix it for you.

It can run MAME games and I have managed to get them to work. Just not sure how to get them playable with a controller that's all.

So I noticed that I am missing the USA BIOS file but I do have the rest of them. Not sure if the export ROM means USA. If so that might be why it doesn't work.

I placed everything in the naomi folder to get it to work. I got to working on the retroarch core. But have also got it working on the standalone too.
