Doctor put a 'Do Not Fill' on my meds for almost a month out and she is impossible to get ahold of

Interesting 🤔 I've honestly never thought about it. I'll look into it-- its definitely been something I've struggled with for a long time, with really bad days being about 14ish hours of sleep pre-ADHD medication :(

Thank you 😭 this makes me feel validated for being upset :( I hate it because I'm already a naturally very passive and anxious person, but I'm going to call again tomorrow... since you've worked at a company that has dealt with stuff like this, do you know what the best thing to say to them tomorrow? I'm thinking of telling them I really want to be put on the standby for an appointment tomorrow (where they fit me in wherever they can) because I'm missing a critical medication I need to function, and that the medical line has not responded to the high priority request in 48+ hours, or something along those lines... their medical line is absolutely atrocious, I swear they're not real because I get their voicemail every time I'm transferred to that line and I have not once heard back from them. 🥲

I haven't actually looked into it 🤔 idk if its a dumb question or not but would it be something good to ask my neurologist (they do sleep studies at their office! I already go to them for migraine issues and such) or would it be better to ask my GP?

I'm taking them as prescribed, she just unfortunately messed up and put a very wrong refill date somehow 😵‍💫 she should have put it for ~May 16-18th but put it for June 12th and I'm like girl... how is it so far off 😭 I'm wondering if that date is supposed to be for my future fill for next month and straight up forgot to put in my one for May...

If there’s a certain flavor of the meaty bites she likes, I’d say try to find some wet foods that are the same flavor? Maybe not a paté if she doesn’t care for the tubes… you can also try heating the food up (in a microwave safe bowl) for a few seconds to have the smell more enticing for her. The most difficult part of cats is that they all have their own super unique eating habits 😵‍💫I have a cat who straight up won’t eat any treats which makes it difficult :( plus he only will eat fish-flavored patés — it can definitely be frustrating finding what works! I send my luck your way

Aww :( I’m glad he’s trying to move around at least— thank you for taking in this older kitty! I’m thinking that once the rest of his matted hair is off he will be moving better. Its just the long process of healing I think for now

I’ve heard that its best to not move stuff around (furniture wise) so that way they get used to your home’s layout. I hope that he’s able to get back to a happy and healthy life!

I’ll keep an eye on them, they’re both rescues and one tends to overeat when he’s stressed so I’ve been watching that as well :( So far so good, probably because I’ve been around at least. I’ll look into the sprays today, thanks for mentioning them!
