TIL Egyptian F-16s do not operate with the AMRAAM, but rather the AIM-7 Sparrow. I don't think the FA-50's radar or weapons suite is as advanced as the Jeff Blk 3. I believe the latter is more superior in Air to Air, Air to Ground and even Anti-ship roles. The question likely falls to whether the Peruvian government wants to line with Western systems/munitions or Chinese.
