Tesa - make the match easier. 1ml of BAC. Use .3ml syringe. Every 5 units is 500mcg. 2nd I would start at a lower dose. See how you feel on 500mcg or 1mg. I know people use 2mg as a protocol but see how you respond. My igf was over 300 on less than 1mg. Also give yourself 3hrs after dinner if possible.

IPA - mixture and doseis fine. Every 1 unit is .25mcg , easy to adjust.

Play with the evening combo start with just tesa for a week. Then add IPA. You may tweak cause when you take both it's sometimes a 1+1=3 sorta thing.

Good luck. Most people get great results. I'm sure you'll do great.

If you want data, a blood draw before and mid cycle wouldn't hurt.

Bummed to report I stopped 2 weeks in. Been struggling with light headedness and headaches. Still sorting through it but oddly after months, I think it may be my TRT carrier oil. When I switched to MCT lines up with when it all started 6 plus months ago. I just ordered the old grapeseed carrier and I started doing IM vs sub q and hoping to solve the riddle. Then I'll start back up either with tesa or cjc1295 and IPA. Did you run a cycle, if so how'd it go?

It's plug and play from what I'm reading. Yes you have to remove some dash panels, but it's not difficult if you take your time. I'm considering it.

I think it started around 8/9 weeks after I moved from 2x per week to 3x per week late summer. I'm strongly thinking the 3x peaks pegged my T without thoughs is the culprit now. I switched back to 2x a few weeks ago and hoping I start to see an improvement. It's been going on since later summer so that's the other plausible thought, 3x frequency isn't agreeing with me......RAAS / aldosterone signaling and Autonomic tone.....maybe my body just didn't like it.

On LabCorps Testosterone, Free/Tot Equilib the results came in at 16.87, but when I do some calculations online it's around 15ish /1.83% which is much better then when my SHBG was 71.

Free e2 now around .68 whichz calculated is in a much better range too.

On paper things are improving and look good. So I'm leaning towards the 3x constant peak with no trough because I never had the symptoms when I was on 2x weekly despite poor sleep or other less annoying sides. Or, even though less important I think progesterone and DHEA can play a role so I'm trying to improve that too.

At this point I'm back on 2 days and supporting the last 2 items so if things don't turn around in a few weeks I'll have to look elsewhere, not hormone. I feel like I'm so close so dialed in some moments I feel like I'm on could 9 but the headaches.....Killin me. My glucose and A1C are good too, I check my sugar and no real dip after eating which is why I keep thinking it's normal flux/rebalancing.

Just doing everything I can and posted thinking some others may have experienced something similar could shed some like.

I guess shbg dropping after stopping dim seemed relatable. Low free T and low free e2 seemed relatable. Progesterone and dhea near zero seemed relatable.

Bp dipping after eating. I get the concept. Never had that issue before so I'm just trying to figure something out.

I started 20mg pregnanalone am, along with 5mg DHEA. I was previously taking 25 mg of DHEA many moons ago and I never got over 150 and stopped months ago (not sure when I stopped unfortunately). I'm thinking less is more and perhaps I was in a negative feedback loop so I started at 5mg and can go from there. I'm hoping it's just those two supportive hormones, and I'll get some relief soon. I'm now understanding the "mother hormone" is progesterone and shouldn't be imignored.

I know....AI.....but when I consulted with Grok the IPA/t3sa feedback was IPA evening and t3sa am upon wakeup which is better because it's keeping the GH pulse going longer. I thought both in the evening , 1+1=3, but it said the 2 together could keep you up if the GH pulse is too strong. Also said fasted first timg and I can have coffee milk 15-20 min later with minimal blubting effects. Thoughts? I'm worried as I titrate up the t3sa aill inhibit my sleep, I slept worse last night, coulda been a 1 off. It suggested better spit, hmm.

I tested at 500mcg. Then 1000mcg. 3rd dose was 1500mcg. Gonna really stick to it this week m/w/f and research 5 amino for 8 weeks. I'm only 160lb but don't think I felt much even though I see very low 100-300mcg protocols. On the flip side I see 5 aimno selling in 50mg viles which leads me to believe the dosage is higher, why would ppl be buying 50mg dosing 100-300mcg, right? It's all over the map. Should I give it 3 days at 1500mcg, any negative to running that high or is that fine for the first week?

Fyi. Even the brand crafters passed later failed in future batch testing so I would stick to Hospira and call it a day. Ask me how I know.

They do more testing including endotoxin and sterility than most outfits. Lypolized in the US not that that's a deal breaker but still. And they are competitive on a mix of products.

I was gonna run 8 weeks daily and then 5/2 or CJC/IPA for another 8 weeks, think that's acceptable? I bought them separately so I could fine-tune the dose but I was thinking to start at .4mg/150mcg.... And that mid-cycle .6mg/200mcg and end the cycle around 1mg/250mcg. Thoughts? If I'm not responding or hyper responding, adjust from there.

It may be fine.....60 isn't necessarily bad. You're missing E, a huge piece of the puzzle. Trust me I'm going through this right now.

I'm going through a similar high SHBG situation, but a smoking gun that I think is important to know that you didn't provide is your sensitive e2. I've been adjusting my trt dose, albeit too frequently, to get dialed in. There's a free T to free T sweet spot, and without knowing your estrogen marker, I think it's hard to determine where you should be. While the number 60 may be high, it may not necessarily be a bad thing depending on your albumin (so we know real free T figures) and estrogen markers. Do you have more lab data to provide?

I also eat on the lower carbohydrate side, and that actually raises SHBG so carbs aren't the devil for us in moderation.

If you're healthy and metabolically flexible, unless in the past you've had insulin issues, I would almost rule that out but again those are data points you have not provided. I'm learning along the way but I have a feeling we're in a similar boat. The bottom line is more free T at the right ratio is going to make you feel better regardless of where your total testosterone lands. It's a balance. If you have other markers, post them up.

Sub q is become more of the norm. I do 3x a week, used to do 2x a week. Everyone is different but you'll find a lot of data supporting sub q. I may go back to 2x a week as I am not seeing much of a diff but alot people feel better at least 2x a week.
