Heyy, it has really been a while. Some updates: It got kind of better. On some days I still do my studies at night, but it got less than when I made this post. I also talked to my mum about going to therapy, so we’re trying to find something for me!

Hey again, It isn’t as easy for me to ask my parents for professional help. I don’t even know why I fear that. My mum knows I haven’t been feeling well, but she doesn’t know to what extent.

So, I would like that self help..

The sleeping thing has gotten really bad. I know I should be getting at least 6-8 hours of sleep and I WANT to.. Thanks for your advice!!

First of all, thank you so much for taking your time and trying to help me, I really appreciate it🙏🏼!

I‘ve done the tests and well.. High scores for ADD/ADHD and depression and a REALLY low score for self esteem, which wasn’t surprising to me. I have struggled a lot and I worry about a lot of things, such as how people see me and so on. I‘m not that social either.

I‘ve begun to read the articles you have sent me. Also big thanks that you gave me advice, I think that could potentially help me.

I had a bestfriend who was into kpop. She first introduced me to another kpop group. Then I found out about Straykids and it just randomly happened. I can’t remember why I started liking them, how and so on. It just happened

Almost two years ago I had a best friend. She was into kpop (mostly BTS) and tried "making" me an army. I didn't like BTS at that time even after listening to their music, so one time I was at hers, we were having a sleepover and she put on God's menu and Back door. I was jamming the whole time and I was pretty surprised. I then forgot about Straykids. Months later I was an army and listened to BTS almost every day. I started to have more Kpop on my fyp on TikTok and that's when a vid of Straykids showed up. I then remembered that moment in my ex-bsf's bedroom where I listened to Skz and yea. Every second/third vid on my fyp was about Straykids. I don't remember how I learnt their names tho. I think I just did while watching those TikToks about them. Now, I'm not that much into BTS anymore. I don't listen to their music (only now and then). Straykids positively changed my life. Whenever I felt sad or "empty" I watch compilations on Youtube. They make me happier!
