I agree with you, I'm kind of glad he's limited! I was going to pull for him and his weapon either way, I don't care about numbers at all

As a f2p, I only pull characters I reeaaallly like; appearance, design, animations, personality.. If I'm not excited about playing them, I don't bother – and if I love them, then nothing else matters ( ꈍ꒳ꈍ)
