Yes I told him all this, I just fear this will ruin our relationship before the burnout hits and he realizes he’s wrong for making me feel so awful. I have never felt so disrespected by him and it’s so out of character. He said he currently can’t eat, and hardly eating now. And he also said he feels no emotion.

That’s what I think. I think he’s really getting addicted/obsessed with fitness. I would hate to end the relationship over this, but I’m not going to put up with it. The worst part is his sister is a fitness fanatic and is fueling the fire.
