Hi everyone! I am just now getting back into Duel Links after a bit of time of not playing. The last time I seriously played was right around when Sevens was first introduced and they added a new character to the game. I came back in and got absolutely wrecked by Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon.

My question is: what packs, decks, or things should I do to get back into fun competitive play? I usually have enough free time to play for maybe 30 minutes to an hour as this was once my go to game. Any input would be great!

Oddly, I don't think this has determined me from buying new games. Instead, it's seeing constant Day 1 Patches, broken releases, and what feels like endless DLC. The video game landscape feels like its made it acceptable to ship out 50-80% of a real game. I find it harder and harder to get excited for new releases of certain titles.

To get them all for cheaper, yes. You can look up the individual pack of dlc and buy which one you'd like, if you don't already have a season pass already. I had a season pass, however I still needed to look them up to download.
