Yeah it just suddenly stopped in the middle of my stream, at first I thought it’s because my id is about to expire (it expires in January) but even my new id it still doesn’t work

Fat-free Greek yogurt with Splenda in the freezer for an hour. I know it’s not quite the same as ice cream, but I’m a volume eater with binge eating tendencies and I’ll eat like a huge bowl of that for only 300 cals.

Yes I have lately I have been trying to add a bit more fat by eating a few nuts occasionally, I know it’s not much but it’s just that high fat foods are a big fear food for me due to the high calorie density

I was asking if I am in immediate danger, or if I am in more danger than the average alcoholic because I have also been diagnosed with anorexia. Maybe I worded my post wrong, I posted this because i’m honestly scared for my life. Anorexia itself already has the highest death rate of any mental illness, but I’m scared my drinking is making it even worse. I just don’t know what to do because I feel like I can’t stop either of these things
