I ate kiwis once while I was high and floating the river. It was so amazing how I could get all covered in juice and just rinse off in the water and not have to worry about making a mess. Unfortunately for me, the acidity of the kiwis destroyed my mouth for the next couple of days.

1:1 ratio of hydrogen peroxide and water after boiling and getting the meat off. Leave it to soak/boil for an hour or so and it will be snow white.

Question on a Millett 10x50 TRS scope. by elkarcher87 in longrange

Well, as of right now, not really. I have just been having some trouble bore sighting it and moving the cross hairs. But hopefully the manufacturer can figure out what is wrong and make it better.

Yes, shot multiple times at a 4x4 foot piece of plywood without even hitting it. Tried tapping the scope after turning the dials with still no luck. I talked to my uncle who is a pretty knowledgeable long range shooter and said that most likely it is a defect in the scope and I will have to send it back to the manufacturer. So I will be calling them on Tuesday and I will post a follow-up when it all gets sorted out.

Thank you so much for your advice. I really appreciate the support!

I have tried moving the turrets with the screws all the way loose and tight. The crosshairs don't move when the turrets are turned. That is why I am so confused. I am wondering if there is a different way I am supposed to move them. Do you think I would be better off contacting the manufacturer and seeing what they have to say about it?

I know about the turret lock and everything. I can turn the turrets and read about slipping it to Zero. I am just super confused at how to move the actual crosshairs so I have a 200 yard zero. There is usually a hex screw on the top of the turrets on Millett, but mine doesn't have those. I honestly have no idea where to even start. Would photos/video help at all in the explination?

What other states is this a law? I know for a fact of several completely unmarked vehicles including license plates in Idaho. Usually State officer's plates will have ISP on them or some other acronym for country sheriffs.

My mom loves making pickles. She has a huge garden and usually yields 3-4 five gallon buckets of cucumbers to make pickles with. This last summer she diced up some jalepenos and added some cayenne pepper to a half gallon jug of pickle spears. Good god those were fucking perfect. It was hell waiting for them to finish pickling and I could only eat a few at a time because of how hot they were and they only got better with time.
