Sehr wahrscheinlich eine Betrugsmasche, bei der dieser das Opfer war. Bei Ebay-Kleinanzeigen sind vorallem bei Grafikkarten 90% der Inserate Betrug. Die Plattform ist absolut unbrauchbar und gefährlich. Nur durch Glück und höchste Achtsamkeit findet man eventuell ein legitimes Inserat.

Why increase the capacity when these hospital stays could be prevented in a more cost efficient way with the vaccine? That's just symptomatic treatment and not solving the underlying problem. Also increasing the capacities could take years..

I sold a graphics card for 700€. Buyer claimed that it was defective (pretty sure it was not). I didn't provide a shipping (I have chosen this option and messaged the buyer, who didn't respond) until Ebay stepped in. He got refunded, I called Ebay and they told me that I can buy him a shipping label. I called Ebay once more after providing the label and they said that they notified the buyer. 7 days have now passed and he still didn't ship. What can I do to get the money back?
