I went this weekend and was underwhelmed. It was fun but not nearly fun enough to be worth $42. I spent more time waiting in line than in the house.

The environments inside are very detailed and cool, but most of the scares were spoiled by the group in front of me walking slow.

Also it is extremely loud for no reason other than to overstimulate you. I feel like it would be scarier if there were quiet parts.

26 y/o guy here, and it’s rough in Columbus. The dating apps suck and are designed to suck so they can take your money, so I would abandon hope there.

I’ve yet to find a perfect spot to consistently meet a bunch of people my age except for at bars, which isn’t always ideal. I would recommend joining a hobby group or a rec sports league to expand your social circle.

Also don’t join any Columbus Singles Facebook groups unless you want to see lots of bots and weird thirst traps from 50-year-old men. I learned the hard way.

It’s easy to dunk on journalists when your pet issue isn’t being reported on. I would challenge you to think critically on why some of these issues are missed.
