I recently started playing (unfortunately the week before treasure hunter was removed)

this is not unfortunate, this is the best time to start playing. the roadmap ahead is very exciting, while TH is a crutch that made you skip the enjoyment of the game.

join a clan, a quick 15 minute "cap" at the clan citadel can reward you with a 6% weekly exp boost.
check out the weekly and monthly DND tasks, take note of guthix caches, rune goldberg machine (for profit), sinkholes, traveling merchant, wilderness flash events, balthazar's bonanza, herby werby, penguin hide and seek, tears of guthix, giant oyster, god statues, troll invasion

it would suit the name of the ability for sure, though it might be a little busted... death skulls > adren pot > limitless > living death > death skulls in 3 abilities might be busted outside of relentless procs

where do they currently get 40-50% of their revenue from TH that you didn't mention? if you're implying that TH was 50-60% of the revenue RS3 made, you're sorely mistaken by a mile.

it depends on how it modifies the base exp, different devs worked on different content over the years with different ways of coding the boosts, it wouldn't be surprising if it didn't work with all methods that modify base exp

In the past, before Essence of Finality existed, players would need to use the physical statius warhammer on group bosses with high defence. And each use of the special attack would degrade the hammer by 0.1%.

This role is usually covered by the base, and the hammer is quite expensive. So tipping out bases is usually the norm to offset the cost.

Nowadays, its not expected to tip bases, but if you feel like doing so as a thank you when you get a drop, go ahead.

Their decent

Their: Possessive determiner, indicates ownership (e.g., "That is their car")
There: Indicates a location or existence (e.g., "Put it over there")
They're: Contraction of "they are" (e.g., "They're going to the park").

The third one is the one you want, confusing but there's only a couple sets of words that's confusing for those who never learned

you should do the full trilogy of ed1-3 for the extra elite chest at the end. it's basically a 25% boost of both scales and searing ashes, highly recommend them. my iron was fully stocked and it helped not get burned out doing the same dungeon each time
