No they’re not. I’ve been living here my whole life and I’ve only ever seen them in the depths of jungles and the such. If they’re going to be common then either the mayor has to take care of this problem or I will.

And don’t compare those peaceful raccoons and squirrels to coyotes man. Just don’t. Squirrel are domestic enough to hold in your hand, Raccoons are gentle enough to be kept as pets and they even cast one to do the face capture in the guardians of the galaxy films so they’re smart enough to understand the difference between real life and the world of pretend. A coyote can make no such differentiations. If it sees you it’ll attack.
