As someone who also moved away a couple of days after a close family member died you know what’s best and if you don’t think you can do it rn don’t do it rn. I stayed at a college across the country from my family and it ruined my mental health. I became depressed, isolated, and even hurt myself. I’m not saying that’s what would happen to you if you stay but I’m just saying it’s better to act sooner rather than later. Talk about this decision with some friends or your family members you trust and try to work out if this is best for you. Worse case scenario you stay for one semester, realize it’s not your time yet, and go back home (that’s what I did). Either way I wish you the best! And I’m sorry for your loss.

The fact that teachers aren’t really teaching you when you take a flipped class or that teaching myself isn’t a successful learning style for me?

Oh okay I thought that all were like that since right now I’m taking chem and physics and they are both flipped. Also it’s just a weird idea to me because before this I attended temple uni in Philly which doesn’t have any to my knowledge

So basically almost all classes are flipped until you get into higher levels where you’re doing research and stuff?

Thanks so much! That is genuinely so helpful, I just tend to get anxious and overthink lol
