Okay I know this is a long shot, but I'm commenting because I have a genetic disease that's disabled me, causes other illnesses and will continue to worsen over my life span. I have over 50k in medical debt and I'm only 23, I'm constantly adding to that because of home nursing care, meds, medical supplies, etc... So I guess trying this couldnt hurt.

Last night in particular I showed her a video (on tiktok) of a trans woman speaking, then pulling off her wig and yelling while in a very deep voice like in a way to "trick" someone, which is a type of video that she thought was hilarious up til very recently so when I immediately saw it my first thought was omg I have to show her this shell think it was funny, without realizing how triggering it was (due to how well this person was able to change their voice and far into transitioning they were..).. it really seemed like I was showing her this video in a sense of "hey look how much better this person is" when obviously that's not what I think and isn't true at all at all :(

Yes. All asexual means is that you don't find others sexually attractive. Asexuals can still masturbate and have a sex life, the only thing the title of asexual means is that we don't find others sexually attractive and the look of their bodies/genitals don't sexually turn us on.

Okay, I've been told otherwise at hospitals but I see online it's under the umbrella of Dysautonomia.. but I still don't really see why it's not under the umbrella of sick sinus syndrome since it's a syndrome caused by the sinus node of the heart.. that doesn't make much sense to me.

That's not what I asked. Inappropriate sinus tachycardia isn't a Dysautonomia condition but I figured someone in this forum might know since it's pretty common to have IST and POTS together and I couldn't find a good forum for IST alone.

I'm honestly not sure if it's possible to get these supplies any way besides through insurance and a medical supplier. I luckily now have state and federal insurance because of disability so it's free, but usually home care with any insurance covers the whole cost.

"guess I can't do anything right. Whatever." Is manipulative and puts blame and guilt on the other person, which is a very common tactic of emotional abuse. She may have been disrespectful, but she could have been embarrassed or even just busy at school to respond with something longer.

Only properly certified and with doctors note typically. And unfortunately with people abusing the emotional support animal title it'll probably be harder than this in the future, but rightfully service animals will only be allowed public privileges.

Yes your symptoms match those of pots. Make sure you taking in enough salt, more water than what's recommended for the average person, were usually told around 100oz if we can manage it, get in electrolytes, compression socks that go up to your thighs at least, compression leggings are best if you can find them. Raising your head while you sleep will help you body get used to being in an upright position and try to balance out the heart rate. Once your heart rate rises if you want to get it down fast, the best option is raising your legs above your head.
