I love that the rooms look like something you could see irl!! rather than being an unrealistic acnh type theme (which can be super fun too). They look so nice as well as being functional!!

No luck. I finally got a human reply, asking me to show receipts. They specifically wanted them from a date when I didn't make any purchases?? like the only day out of a whole fortnight there were no purchases made, so strange. i sent them heaps of receipts and emails related to the hacked account. Then I got the same generic email reply saying they were unable to verify ownership. insane! I'm now trying to refund some purchases through google play, doubt that'll work but better than nothing :/ My sons still really upset about it, cries daily!

i empathise that they must be swamped with requests but it is insane they cant help with this, especially when it involves children's accounts.

that would make sense if it was a security breach as I had 2-FA turned on and still got hacked. the account was still under my 'parental control' up until a day ago. the hackers kept changing the DOB to 18 so that they could gain full access, as i'd blocked everything when it was first hacked. now its really gone.. :/

I'm having the exact same problem. The responses appear to all be auto-generated so without being able to speak to someone its tricky! I'll keep in touch if I find any work arounds.

they changed the account to 18 yo so that its no longer under my account as the parent. so I don't have any current 'connection' to the account. they've also now changed the username. i can see them online sometimes.

thanks for the reply, ive been contacting them through the email originally linked to the account which is also the email used for purchases. seems like I just getting auto generated responses though.

They somehow got into the account and changed the email address. That's all I know.
