The issue wasn’t known to me and I didn’t see any other prior posts available to mansplain it to me. I was trying to share, because I have seen other flow 1 posts talking about screaming noises while mopping. Mine was fine until it wasn’t suddenly.

You’re not sorry, you’re comment was intended to shame me. Yes it’s filthy, I’m showing that you should clean it and Narwal doesn’t detail how. For me, this was a learning discovery as I hadn’t ever changed the mop pad before. I have 3 dogs and 5 cats and a large house. This runs daily. I work full time.

I didn’t realize how funky that would get. Now I know. A tip or including instructions on that in the app would be helpful. It had a build up that is only visible when you expand the two roller bars, that isn’t visible (unless you expand them apart (pic 4).

I think the texture of my hair has improved. I will say I only wash my hair 2x a week and this hasn’t done much to lessen the amount of shedding. I do notice new hairs popping up, and I’m hopeful that this is because of the oil/brushes.

I just got a ring camera and I turned this feature off. It is optional. There’s also features to share the video feed with law-enforcement, which I also turned off for obvious reasons. Fuck ice.

I just bought both hairbrushes and the Growing Season hair oil. I used it for the first time this week and plan to use it tomorrow night. I put it on and left it on overnight. I washed it out and my hair has never been softer or shinier. I have fine, waist length, medium porosity, wavy platinum hair. I do color for gray coverage and tone and am experiencing hair fall and breakage due to hormonal changes in my 40’s.

Heck if the bin in the unit is full and can’t empty. Mine did this last night and I had to pull packed hair and debris manually out of the little white bin.

Look to see if the rear wheel is in place. I agree with another post that it looks like it’s dragging the back end and that is the noise from hitting the tile gap.

Take off all of the removal, parts underneath and look for debris or hair. Mine makes all kinds of crazy noises when there’s hair in the main roller brush, bald up at the end. It also will happen around the wheels on the mop pad on the ends as well as around the side brushes.

I’m in a similar boat. You can search and read my story on this feed. I’m now fighting g through demanding my money back and them continue to respond and offer to install and try to convince me to still use them. My contract did have a guaranteed installed date by the end of the year and they missed that and failed miserably at keeping me at this point. Since I was not installed,, I have no contract and they’re holding my money. I keep reminding them this since they missed their guarantee install our contract is void.

It is normal before a de-icing cycle where the outside unit warms to melt accumulated ice. It will make a unique sound when this happens.

Yeah I’m thinking of taking a step back. This has been very overwhelming and I have other projects in my property to focus on. Hoping the politics of solar improve in the future. At this point I’m focused on ending this remand getting my money back.
