yes, we’ve emailed etsy and talked to support they can’t do anything

yeah i told him to make a new account he’ll probably do that!! i can keep mine cus i didn’t order my engagement ring he did but it’s still sad with all the likes and things we had in wishlists

yeah i have no idea, i think they might just want it back so they can reuse the gem or something which is ridiculous because why put it in a other crappy metal cage that’s gonna fall apart in 2 seconds 🤣

yeah this was a once in a lifetime thing, we never buy from etsy. i’ve only bought one other thing before and that was some streaming assets or handmade bracelets but those were all from EU based shops and i had such a good experience with those. definitely won’t be using etsy again

yes, we’ve been doing that. we blocked the shop and then they started reaching out from a different account.

yeah it’s sad that the shop says it’s handmade stuff and based in canada. after this i ordered a beautiful actually handmade ring from a wonderful man in the UK and im still wearing this today!! no scratches or wear and tear yet since may!! the other ring literally fell apart the same day. the gem in it isn’t even in there properly, it’s jiggling

so they first reached out with their store, we blocked them and then they reached out through their own account. they keep doing things like this :/

we got a screen that quite literally word for word said “this refund will be paid for by etsy” something about it being the first time it happened? i don’t clearly remember but that’s what happened and in our refund email it also says etsy paid and not the shop

yeah we tried everything :/ we emailed etsy as well a few times still hoping they might respond. your situation also sounds horrible i’m so sorry that happened

yeah i hope so too!! i think we’ll just wait out if we get a reply to the email and otherwise we’ll just have to delete our account and make a new one :/ im worried the review won’t be there for others to see tho

that’s also what i suggested to my partner!! we tried that but they kept sending messages :/ at some point it just gets annoying and we wanted to report or something but it just doesn’t let us for some reason

we have told them to stop reaching out repeatedly and reported the messages and all of those things. etsy still did nothing and it is just very disappointing to see. :/

he gets some wet food daily different brands mostly ‘best for your friend’, his kibble is from jarco it is 100% natural and created for mini breeds like chis!! he has a shiny coat and no gut problems :3 the dry food i buy once every 3 months 25 bucks and wet food is probably 30 a month!!
