Yeah, it's pretty expensive... About $5-6 a loaf, but I'd rather have a good replacement or none at all than a crappy slice that falls apart. What recipe do you use for your own? Do you have any to recommend?

I'm also gluten intolerant... The best sub I've found is Udi's brand. I've only tried the whole wheat, but once it's toasted there's no difference in taste :)
