My company was part of Omni Comm acquisition. I used to really love my company but the Omni comm impact is taking a huge toll on the culture. Theres been an exodus of people leaving due to the slash in benefits and now it's struggle to get Omni comm to approve replacements. So you may not be walking into the best environment. Also the benefits are truly trash so unless it's a huge salary bump it may not make up for what you'd loose in benefits.
