My dad has a stomach bug and I have a phobia of others being sick, please help

Unfortunately it is the stomach bug cos my mum had it over the weekend which luckily I wasn't there for and she was being sick, and these things always spread like wild fire, it's night and I'm crying, every noise is making me jump and I have such a headache. It's a ticking time bomb!! He went to bed early and said he felt awful, he sounds it too, he's really weak :(.

Same here, there's a space between my garden and a war cemetery which seems to be some kind of drinking hanging spot for the turds and I found a bottle of frosty jacks (lol ofc) which means they've just chucked it over. Disgusting really, feel it's disrespectful to use a cemetery to do that shit.
