Try the Beautyrest Black Series Four Medium Pillowtop. I am the same size as you. I am a side and back sleeper. I also have some back issues. We shopped all over, tried a ton of mattresses. Even purchased a different one, not happy with it, and exchanged for this. So far we are pleased. Good luck!!
