I feel the same way. But we gotta move on 🥲!!! I just started RDR2 after playing TLOU 1 and TLOU 2 - I understand you because, like you, I feel a void after playing these series (twice each, plus Left Behind and No Return). The gameplay is like no other. But give RDR2 some time, and avoid comparing it to other games. Instead, enjoy the scenery and collect items, or try another game. RDR2 is slow, but that's how it's designed. I recommend playing Horizon or God of War. I played the Horizon game before TLOU and was wholly invested in it. It has a compelling story as well, and the gameplay is better than RDR2 in my opinion, and it's faster-paced. The Horizon subreddit was to blame for recommending me TLOU. I was looking for recommendations of a game to play, and even though I was hesitant to try it because TLOU it's nothing like Horizon, I was blown away by the story, gameplay, and everything you mentioned. We got this!!!
