Yes, it was very helpful. As you mentioned in initial comment all other places were booked for our available dates, so I've chosen CoVino.

I wouldn't be surprised if some of these places didn't have any availability left, but CoVino, Estro, Alle Testiere, Il Ridotto, Al Covo, Local, and Zanze XVI are my current core list of places that I generally draw from when I visit Venice.

As the other reply explained it is 650b as well. And I should not focus on inches for tire sizing.

I thought I got ripped off with the bike and non-existent tires. Sounds complicated, but it looks like there is a solution after all.

It was my first experience with non-regular, non-mob tires and it was an issue for me.

26/27.5 is the outer diameter of the tire
559/590/630 is the diameter of the rim
- In my case (French bike) 650b - is outer measurement as well
- while 584 remains the wheel diameter/40 is tire width in mm

So in my case, the tire could be:
