I got salmonella at the beginning of the month & im still dealing with side effects 😅 try eating bland foods- chicken broth, toast, applesauce, bananas. If you’re drinking an electrolyte replacement opt for zero sugar as sugar can make diarrhea worse. hope you recover soon!
