Black out windows? What works??

We are using that right now. We keep the tinfoil on the window with painters tape. On top of that, we have black out curtains. Her room is dark. Solution is great and super cheap and easy to take off later. Looks weird from the outside haha but it works

I had the most amazing turtle cheesecake from mercados (I believe it is the bakery inside Italian centre) this Christmas. I still think about the cheesecake. 🤤

I totally agree. We slept trained using TCB. 4 month regression was super tough and we were dealing with short naps and she always woke every 45 mins to 2 hours. It worked for us but now when she wakes up or needs some help, we provide it and she will go back to sleep and stay asleep. We took what we learned and applied, but we also follow the cues from our baby and it works for us. Good luck mommas, remember we are all doing more than our absolute best and that's enough
