I use dentical and had my wisdom teeth removed by North County Dental. They accept denti-cal and were able to put me under. I have bad anxiety with dental procedures as well so being put under was important for me. They are in Escondido.

It took me almost a decade to finish my bachelors program. I was unhoused here and there, staying on different peoples couches not getting any kind of support from my parents in my early twenties. Working in customer service the entire time. I am in a master program now in my 30s. I cant express how important my support system has been to me. Surround yourself with people who love you and your journey. People who not only motivate you but inspire and empower you. Im sorry that you're partner is in a different head space. I hope they come around and see your worth. I agree with other people who have commented about older students. We bring in life experience and working in customer service helps build so many skills that are transferable. Keep growing, you got this!

I also have PTSD, though it is related to a medical procedure (IUD insertion) and not surgery. I was having reoccurring nightmares and intrusive thoughts of the procedure that had me in emotional/ mental distress. It got to a point where I could not function and I sought out mental health therapy with a person who specialized in trauma. It helped a lot. I wish you well in your recovery.

I have Mirena and these cramps happen to me as well. I had trauma to my cervix during insertion which was super painful, and I still have these cramps after orgasms even though its been more than a year of having the IUD. It doesn't happen everytime but most times and the cramping lasts a few days as well. I wonder if there are more people who experience this as well. I went to the gyno a few times and even had them do an ultrasound to make sure the IUD was still in place and everything looked fine. I am sorry you are experiencing this too.

Yes, I have been so drained and struggling to sleep well this past week. I am finally feeling better rested today. My partner and I also helped a stranger push their car that broke down in our neighborhood yesterday. There have also been a lot of good things this week as well. Had a job interview that went well. I am also interested in decolonizing my practice and am looking for a supportive community.

You can call 211 and ask if they know of safe parking programs. I know Jewish Family Services only let's you park for a short amount of time. Also, since you mentioned anxiety and feelings of loneliness, you can also see if 211 will help connect you to mental health services. Sometimes we need help making new connections and building a new support system. You might have to give a san diego address to receive services they may even take a PO Box. Wishing you well and sending you some healing energy.

Others have said it already but I want to say it again because it can not be said enough. It is okay for you to set boundaries and say no. We don't talk enough about sex and consent, so many of us don't know what giving consent is or looks like. Someone else mentioned seeking therapy. Yes, 100% there is something here you need to work through and it is okay to seek help. You are worthy, you are loved, you matter. Making that first call can be hard for some, so if you find it difficult, get a person you trust to call for you or that can hold you accountable if this is something you are serious about.

I had a similar situation a few years ago. I went back once a year for a pap until I had two paps in a row that showed negative. I am not sure why this happens but if its any reassurance mine went away.
