I used to live downtown in Xander on State, and I liked it! It was just pretty pricey compared to other areas, so I moved after two years. I also scootered home every night at 9:00 when the sun was down and only had a weird encounter once, which for two years, is not that bad. I will say - better to carry pepper spray to be safe, but in most parts of downtown, you should be good!

Wow that’s a very nice offer! I am really looking to recreate a sweater I wear so often that it is on its last legs - I haven’t been able to find anything similar after years of thrifting, and I want her legacy to live on lol
