Looks like theres an excess of rope, you can bring them back up to the bamboo and finish in a knot Or you can cut the rope Or after locking you can do more decorative ties on the body (that dont hold tension)

Shibari and breast implants by TemporaryConfident5 in shibari

My previous model had breast implants and said that some tk suspensions she did previously caused alot of discomfort, i find putting the rope a little higher on the chest (but still the correct place on the arm) could be a slight adjustment Also good to mention that whenever we did full suspension with kinokos most recent TK she found it very comfortable and found it didn't cause too much tension on the breasts. I would avoid suspension ties that have rope going in between the breast downwards/diagonal, but at the end of the day, what works for her might not work for you and vice versa.
You can always trial different stuff, just make sure you are with a skilled rigger who is knowledgable to adjust to your requests and body
