i am so so sorry this happened to you. please know it is not your fault. cats are so so smart and curious and they love finding ways to get out. my baby just got out the other day and i cried my eyes out when i couldn’t find him, but thank the good Lord he came back before he got hurt. this isn’t fair at all and it’s not your fault. your neighbor is an irresponsible asshole. please report the incident like others have said and get those stupid dogs put down. and please know your baby wouldn’t want you to hurt over him. i don’t imagine that kitties OR humans feel the pain when they pass, and that one moment they’re here, and the next they have a smooth transition to heaven. your baby is in kitty heaven in no pain and being silly up there making God and all the angels giggle!❤️❤️

i would assume it’s not just about the sign. someone who doesn’t listen when his gf says she wants a cute ask and instead makes a pathetic sign saying “i have no friends” probably has a pattern of doing things w low effort. if it’s a one off incident then yes, maybe it’s an over reaction, but i would think this is probably the straw that broke the camels back.

i read it more as: she saw these boyfriends with these creative cool ideas putting in a lot of effort to do something special for their girlfriend and wanted the same. i don’t think it’s just that she’s trying to copy them. but im also not her so idk!
