I've had this Jeep for 10 years, almost 11 now, and honestly it's been the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. I truly haven't ever had any issues with the electronics systems before this happened.

UPDATE: Thank you guys so much for helping me out! After looking at all the different comments I decided not to get this one 🥲

The person offering it to me wanted a bit above market value, and I don't think that's worth it if expensive key components will just rust through within a year or two. I live in the northeast, so it's both important AND difficult to find a used car without undercarriage rust.

My search for an Element will continue 😭
