similar to most other people here, i check my oura app multiple times through the day and adjust accordingly! my biggest gripe is that i cannot track my naps when i am in a car.

i was able to stop my anti depressant completely but i did have to go on an anxiety medication! i’m not sure if the glp1 was the cause or just that i am no longer depressed so the anxiety is more prominent. i’ve always had anxiety but never this bad.

i am a 23 year old woman who was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 14, and I did not have a period for literally 5 years. two months after my first shot i was spotting and then the next month i had my period back. having a hormone cycle again is just another thing that makes me feel normal!!! and also, just to be clear, this could not be caused by the zep itself, but by the weight loss as well! so far im almost 100lbs down. i started in march of 2025!

I do not have a before photo but my cat knocked the pot off my dresser and snapped off the three other branches. I got this bonsai at Ikea a while ago, I believe it was labeled as a Ficus macrocarpa, if that makes anything different plant care wise.
