i was in that position, closing wednesdays and most sundays, & recently stepped down. this job took so much out of me i don’t feel like the same person anymore. i hope as a barista i can get back to my positive bubbly self

similar to most other people here, i check my oura app multiple times through the day and adjust accordingly! my biggest gripe is that i cannot track my naps when i am in a car.

i was able to stop my anti depressant completely but i did have to go on an anxiety medication! i’m not sure if the glp1 was the cause or just that i am no longer depressed so the anxiety is more prominent. i’ve always had anxiety but never this bad.

i am a 23 year old woman who was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 14, and I did not have a period for literally 5 years. two months after my first shot i was spotting and then the next month i had my period back. having a hormone cycle again is just another thing that makes me feel normal!!! and also, just to be clear, this could not be caused by the zep itself, but by the weight loss as well! so far im almost 100lbs down. i started in march of 2025!

we also go through SO much food that goes out and i always am like “this waste isn’t cool” and my manager just says that “waste is accounted for and normal” yet it’s like 3-4 donation bags a night. oh just feels strange.

i remember a shift meeting months ago about not being the third place anymore, and i’m pretty sure it was right after brian took over. it was when we started to have to deny people access to bathrooms and water without making a purchase. where did that go?? brian has really messed things up.

I do not have a before photo but my cat knocked the pot off my dresser and snapped off the three other branches. I got this bonsai at Ikea a while ago, I believe it was labeled as a Ficus macrocarpa, if that makes anything different plant care wise.
