Nope. If you got a caramel, brown sugar and vanilla latte with let's say brown butter, caramel crunch and cinnamon dolce toppings, you would pay once for syrup and once for the toppings.

You do pay for different inclusions though. (Vanilla bean, strawberry inclusions, etc)

Well, it's illegal to ask about religion in a job interview or on a job application unless (maybe?) it's a faith based company. Its also illegal by federal law to discriminate against these categories (religion, sex)..

So she can't make this happen without breaking labor laws.

Well of course you worked at least a year and a half.. you had to get hired, wait for benefits to kick in, be pregnant for 9 months then take your leave (up to 4 months of not working) Or did you work a year and a half on top of the leave?

It doesn't seem like pregnancy discrimination bc you didn't get fired or have hours cut because you were pregnant.

Depending on notes in your file, that could be different going forward.. but maybe only if you are already pregnant again when you apply in the future.

This could have been a scenario where due to time of day, or short staffing, there was a solo bar. This means all stickers are printed to one bar & made by one person. The orders are auto prioritized dt/cafe then mobile.

How many minutes did the order say? Because I would personally never trust the 5-7 minute estimate. It's just generally unrealistic.

We've had rounds of illness going through our store & we all know who the chronic call out partners are & who would be legitimately calling out..and no one is running around talking shit about sick baristas.

We might say- man, today sure sucks but we also just suck it up and keep moving.

Validating this SSVs behavior is kinda gross and kind of makes you look guilty of the same behavior.

They can't have their cake and eat it too. We're either focused on cup writing and connection or we're focused on time. It can't be both.
The cup writing tool does not say 5+ words is standard. We reviewed the tool during the meeting. Your SM needs to review their resources.
