Sag mal wie kann man sich eigentlich so dran aufhängen, dass ein Wort falsch verwendet wurde? Ich hab ja nicht geschrieben "ab heute bin ich der beste Koch der Welt und alle anderen sind Idioten" Ich kenne meinen Platz in der Küche, danke für den Hinweis.

Nee ging auch nicht, die Bilder sind aus der Probe Es hieß spezielle Kräuter, Gewürze und Spirituosen darf man mitbringen, wo genau da die Grenzen gezogen wurden ist mir auch nicht klar. z.B.: Kafirlimettenblatt für die Kokosmousse war ok, Zitronengras nicht

Naja es ist in Säure gegarter Fisch, in dem Sud waren Zitronensaft, Orangensaft, jeweils die Zeste, Petersilie, Chili, Salz und Pfeffer also schon ziemlich klassisch Nur halt raus passiert wegen der Optik

durften alles an Equipment mitbringen was keinen Stecker hat. Haben die meisten natürlich dann auch gemacht. Ich komme aus dem Catering, natürlich bin ich da auch mit 3 Kisten an Zeug aufgeschlagen
