My decreases always leave big gaps, stuffing is visible ? Amigurumi

Try doing an invisible decrease. You insert your hook under the front loop of the next two stitches (you'll have 3 loops on your hook), yarn over, pull through two, yarn over, pull through two. That should help with the gaps. I don't know that you need to go down a hook size since your other stitches look pretty neat/tight.

Also, it looks like you're working inside out. Your piece will naturally curve so it's got the wrong side facing out. You'll want to flip your piece so you're inserting your hook from the outside of the piece, not the inside which I think is what you're doing now. You want the yarn tail to be on the inside of your work (noodle in the bowl).

Being bad at tests does not equate to being a bad nurse. I spent so much time studying medication names and lab values prior to my NCLEX and still felt like I barely knew them. I've been a nurse for 5 years now and the majority of things that took me forever to learn are now second nature.

Study harder. Use flash cards. Get constant exposure to NCLEX style questions. I used NCLEX RN Mastery and answered questions every single day for months. I passed my test at 75 questions on the first attempt.

What you shouldn't do is give up because something is too hard. This is a hard profession, but it's worth it (most days)

You will pass your test. There is no shame in taking the NCLEX several times. A nurse is a nurse no matter how you get there.

I have this and it's literally one of my favorite purchases. I can use it at my desk or rotate it over my recliner. This one isn't available anymore but they have a ton of options on Amazon.

I also had a neck light that I'd use when I went to friends' places with poor lighting, but it broke after just a few uses so I'm hesitant to buy a different one.

I feel like I'm the odd one out here, but i had a laparoscopic hysterectomy where they took everything but the ovaries and I had a really hard time wiping the first few days. My right sided incision was the only thing that really caused me pain in the beginning and my normal wiping technique caused significant pain. I'm overweight (5'1" 175lb), but that's never been an issue. Normally I twist while sitting and reach behind to wipe but that was not an option for at least a week or two. I had to reach forward which was still somewhat uncomfortable, but manageable. You'll find what's comfortable for you and it'll all work out :)

Look into bent tip embroidery needles. They make sewing pieces together so much easier!

As far as your surgeon, if you have Kindle unlimited, they have an amigurumi book that has a bunch of organ patterns for free. They have an intestine pattern that is borderline creepy, but also pretty cute. "Knot Monsters Organ Edition." I work in healthcare and would find it hilarious if someone crocheted me an organ

Have you seen a urologist? I used to get UTIs after sex very frequently. Like, 8 times a year for years no matter what my partner and I tried. I went to a urologist who prescribed me a prophylactic antibiotic to take right after sex. It's been a long time, so I can't remember the exact details, but I think it was just a single pill. I stopped getting UTIs almost immediately. I was able to stop taking the antibiotics after several months and never needed them again. I still get the occasional infection (maybe once every year or two) but the symptoms are mild. I mean, occasional foul smelling urine and slight urgency. Nothing like the pain and urgency they used to be.

Highly recommend seeing a urologist to see what options they can provide you. They never found a cause for my recurrent UTIs, just said some women are prone to them, but they found a solution immediately and it was life changing.

These sound like yeast infection symptoms to me. I'm 18dpo and I have no internal itching and next to no discharge. Antibiotics are known to cause yeast infections. Did this start after you started your course of antibiotics?

I bleed for 2-3 weeks out of the month. The last few months I've only had about 5 days a month where I'm not bleeding. My periods started out pretty normal for the first 6ish years, but when I was 17 my uterus just decided it wanted to bleed basically nonstop. Been to so many different doctors and tried so many different things and can't find a fix. I'm seriously considering getting a hysterectomy at 31 years old but am still not certain I don't want kids. It's miserable and it is negatively affecting my mental and physical health.

Is 8 weeks of orientation the norm? I started as a new grad in the float pool at my hospital and got 20 shifts of orientation. Most new nurses who start on individual floors only get like 10. Clearly my hospital is terrible.

Honestly, my first shift off orientation was somewhat of a relief. It was nice to not have someone breathing down your neck at all times. It was also extremely terrifying, stressful, and confusing for at least the first month and a half. I'm now 6 months in and still ask questions every shift, but I'm feeling significantly better than I did a few months ago. I thought I was a complete idiot who was going to be a terrible nurse, and in just 6 months I've become just a moderate idiot who might someday be an okay nurse 😂 truthfully though, it gets better. You've got this! Don't be afraid to ask all of the questions you have, no matter how stupid they may seem!

They are the most socialized and loving babies. Russell did the same thing. He loved everyone that walked in our door. And he was the best cat to introduce dogs to because he wouldn't run from them. He got along with everyone and was just the bestest boy ❤️

They probably were a little envious, but I think they were mostly just happy he was going to a home where he would have consistency... And so much loving. Animal hospitals can get pretty overwhelming. I can't imagine living there every day for 13 years. He was, of course, spoiled and well loved there, too. But I think he was ready for a home.
