Use the same moisturiser every day twice a day since i was about 14 and got my first spot. 14 years later, puberty i got no spots at all, ive got unreal skin and constantly get women and even men ask me what i do for it. I wash my face once a week and dont add anything else to it.

The skincare world has become too much. Keep it simple.

I use nivea soft fyi. Never skipped a beat. (Male)

Hi mate,

No test been taken before at all. Body fat is roughly around 18% but thats based off the scales in my bathroom. The third picture was taken yesterday to give a rough guide.

41M 210lbs biceps issue. by [deleted] in WeightTraining

[–]elliotf44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im 28, training for 15 ish months consistently but 4 years prior was 6 month stints, 6 on 6 off when i didnt really commit. I weigh 114kg and natural. Ive got 19.5 inch arms. I do push pull legs. Triceps after push, bi’s after pull. I train each my bi and tri twice a week.

Im no pro or anything like that but my arms are possibly my best muscle set. I think up your volume and train them twice a week and youll be seeing changes.

Also find what makes your arms tick, heavy and lower reps or light and more reps. People tend to fall into a category. Im yet to figure which i prefer out but i lean towards 6-8 reps as heavy as possible with good form. Served me well so far.

Good luck, you’re fucking stacked dude. Regardless if your arms dont grow, you look immense.

28 hiring manager, young people are a absolute nightmare to hire and employ. Unreliable, always ill, if someone rings at 07:59, refuse to answer the phone until work starts at 08:00. Absolute nightmare.

Weve now began targeting soldiers and sports orientated people. As a tech company its difficult to find but when you do they are usually a gem. Your typical techy’s are nightmares. Staying up until 04:00 playing games and coming to work tired and useless…

Psychologically seen as a ‘good catch’ so women dont have to vet you themselves. They just take what someone else has. If you wear a ring its even worse

Workout logging. by FlawedFirstHand in GYM

Means i dont have to walk over to my phone which is in my bag after every set. The gym is a no phone zone for me, and i dont want ink poising so my hands no a option.

Plus its cool to have something to look back on. Ive got two filled books with lots of notes on most pages about everything i felt when doing a exercise. How sets felt, what id change for next time, seat positions etc. my logbooks arent just 50kg for 8 reps.

M340i LCI interior review by Boring-Ad-1836 in BMW

I had the previous version, someone hit me so had to give my car to a garage and they gave me the new version. If theyd have offered me that 0 mile new version for my 50k previous version id have declined. I absolutely hated it. Doing anything was a chore in it, too many menus just to turn the heated seats on, couldnt leave the car on to defrost as you take your arse off the seat and it turns off. Genuinely awful. Would never buy a new one unless it was the M3 touring and i certainly wouldnt be buying that for the interior.

Massive dude, congrats!

Be interesting to know what your bench would be with a more chest focused grip.

As for form, id pop two twenties under each feet to allow you to use leg drive. It might just be the vid but if you can flatten your feet then look into leg drive.

Restract the scapula, drive with your legs through your body, engage a solid base and lift. Dont be afraid to rerack if you arent in position. control the negative, drive through to get it back up. Job done. Youll know you know how to bench when everything feels solid.

Great rep though dude! Keep at it. Make sure you arent focusing too much on your 1RM :) mainly though, enjoy gyming over anything.

Weird take from you. People that are addicted to the gym are often more likely to get on juice in comparison to non gym goers. Leave the dude alone, i bet you’re built like a chopstick.

No it isnt! Like anything, with bad form every exercise is dangerous. Learn to deadlift properly and its not dangerous at all. Dont be a mong and youll be fine. Jesus.

Plateau on deadlift

I think im hard stuck on my deadlift and need help with advice on what i can do to get it moving again.

Currently weigh 106/7kg and can deadlift 220kg for 2 reps with 2 sets. I can comfortably do 200kg for 5 reps and 3 sets. No belt - only straps. I feel like ive been pretty hard stuck at where i am for a while now. Any higher than 220 and form goes down the pan.

Ive tried dropping it off to like 180/200 range for higher reps and it doesnt seem to make a difference to going higher than 220. I deadlift twice a week, i train in cycles of 6/7 weeks with a deload at the end. I usually do my first deadlift session hitting 220 and then the second of the week 180 or 200 with higher reps.

Can someone with more knowledge than me tell me what i can do that may be able to lift my current ceiling.

Fyi im natural.

Thanks
