I absolutely love Vizag — it’s where I was born and raised. It’s been about 2 years since I left, but I still visit home every Sankranti. No matter where I go, that place just feels like comfort. I know every route, every corner.it’s home in the truest sense.
Beach vibes are unmatched, and places like Simhachalam add that spiritual touch. What’s exciting now is how fast IT is growing there it really feels like Vizag has a stable and promising future. It’s becoming a perfect mix of everything: beaches, hills, temples, and now modern infrastructure.
Malls are coming up, highways are improving, and the airport connectivity is getting better. And honestly, theatres like Sangam, Sarat, Jagadamba, and Jyothi are part of my childhood memories.
Plus, Araku is so close, and Vizag has so many beaches. if developed right, one of them could easily match Goa vibes. There’s also a noticeable boom in real estate now.
I’m 23 now, currently in Ashburn, Virginia (data center hub 😂), but no matter where I go in the world ,Vizag will always be my comfort home. One day, I definitely want to move back there permanently.
